Card – Mixed Bunch

Mixed Bunch

This quick and easy card just makes me smile! And that’s exactly what I’m hoping it will do when my friend opens it. Card making is a great way to tell the special people in your life how much you care. While you’re making this one stamp several to put in your stash. You’ll be glad you did.
Supplies: Stamps: (Clear 125537, Wood 128442) Mixed Bunch, (Clear 131059, Wood 131056) A Dozen Thoughts Ink: (126944) Daffodil Delight, (126985) Wisteria Wonder, (126980) Basic Black Card Stock: (100730) Whisper White, (122922) Wisteria Wonder Tool and Accessories: (119868) 1” Circle Punch, (119873) 3/4” Circle Punch, (119246) Rhinestone Basic Jewels, (104430) Stampin’ Dimensionals
Instructions:
1. Cut the card base in Wisteria Wonder 5-1/2” x 8-1/2”. Score at 4-1/4”.
2. Cut the Whisper White layer 4” x 5-1/4”.
3. Stamp two flowers in Wisteria Wonder and two in Daffodil Delight. Stamp some off the edge of the paper and it’s ok to let them overlap.
4. Stamp the larger flower center in Wisteria Wonder and the two smaller centers in Daffodil Delight.
5. Stamp the sentiment on the right bottom allowing it to be stamped overtop of the flower.
6. Punch the larger flower center with the 1” Circle Punch and the two smaller ones with the 3/4” Circle Punch.
7. Apply the centers onto the flowers with Dimensionals.
8. Use Dimensionals to apply the Whisper White layer to the card base.
9. Add Rhinestones to the popped up centers.
10. Stamp a few flowers on the inside of the card and envelope.

Supplies Stamps: 131868 Magnificent Maple, 130631W/130634C Chalk Talk Paper: 102128 Chocolate Chip, 131199 Crushed Curry, 121043 Sahara Sand, 111349 Tangerine Tango, 101650 Very Vanilla and 132184 Sweater Weather Designer Series Paper Ink: 132141 Gold Encore Pad, 126979 Chocolate Chip Classic Stamp Pad Accessories: 109129 Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder, 129053 Heat Tool, 119859 Extra-Large Oval Punch, 120907 Decorative Label Punch, 129327 Very Vintage Designer Buttons, 104199 Linen Thread, 132140 1 1/4″ Burlap Ribbon, 110755 Multipurpose Liquid Glue, 104430 Stampin’ Dimensionals
Instructions: 1. Create card base from Chocolate Chip card stock (4 1/4″ x 8 1/2″) 2. Using Gold Encore Pad, stamp Magnificent Maple stamp randomly on Sahara Sand card stock (4″ x 4″) 3. Tear a strip of Crushed Curry card stock (1″ x 4″) and adhere to the back of a strip of Plaid Pattern Sweater Weather Designer Series Paper (1 3/4″ x 4″). Adhere both to front of card. 4. Cut a piece of Burlap Ribbon (2″) into a banner shape using Paper Snips. Adhere to card using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. 5. Take your Very Vintage Designer Button and coat front with Gold Encore Ink by pressing into Gold Encore Ink Pad. Carefully turn over and coat with Gold Embossing Powder. Heat with Heat Tool. Tie a knot of Linen Thread through the button and adhere to card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. 6. Using Chocolate Chip Ink Pad, stamp oval greeting on both Tangerine Tango and Very Vanilla. Punch out both greetings using Extra-Large Oval Punch. BE SURE TO PUNCH BOTH GREETINGS THE SAME WAY. Layer them one over the other and cut in half with Paper Snips using a wavy line. Take half of each color and adhere to a Decorative Label Punch of Chocolate Chip. Mount to card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
